How it works
Green and black growth on siding starts on the shaded north side and under the eaves, exactly where it's hardest to reach from the ground. Two- and three-story homes usually end up with a clean first floor and a streaky second.
The drone applies the same soft-wash solution across every story at the same distance and angle, so the finish is even top to bottom. Windows, doors, and fixtures are rinsed as part of the job.

House Washing questions
Is soft washing safe for vinyl siding?
Yes. Soft washing is the safest method for vinyl because it never forces water behind the panels the way pressure washing can.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to an outdoor spigot and the yard. We'll send you the footage and walk through with you by phone if you're away.
