What happens on the day
Request a quote
Send the address and what needs washing. We call within one business day and set a walkaround.
Walkaround and written quote
We check surfaces, landscaping, water access, and takeoff space, then send a written quote.
Protect the site
Plants get pre-wet and covered where needed. Windows and doors are checked. Perimeter set.
Fly the wash
The drone holds about ten feet off the surface and applies the solution in overlapping passes, then rinses.
Walkthrough and footage
We walk the property with you, rinse the plants again, and send the before-and-after video.
What's in the solution
A diluted sodium hypochlorite mix with a surfactant so it clings to the surface long enough to work. It's the method roofing manufacturers recommend for algae and the same chemistry used in pool and laundry care, at lower concentration. Landscaping is pre-wet before and rinsed after so nothing sits on plants.
What it won't do
- Strip paint or remove rust. Soft wash is for organic growth and weather film. Failing paint needs prep, not a wash.
- Clean inside gutters. We clean the gutter face and fascia. Interior clean-outs are a separate ground job we can quote together.
- Fly in high wind. Over the pilot's safe limit, the job moves to the next clear day at no charge.
- Replace a roof inspection. The footage shows the surface, not the decking. If the pilot spots lifted shingles, you'll hear about it, but a roofer makes the call.
